Goodyear needed to empower their dealer network team members by increasing the ease of use on their dealer sales team training portal.
It allowed users to quickly view rewards earned and alert them of new product and training courses offered.
The design needed to be engaging for users as they were required to keep on up on product knowledge by taking courses and earning rewards based on sales. We wanted to keep the learning fun and allow the users to level up as they earned rewards, providing a sense of achievement beyond receiving rewards.
My Westfield Customer Portal
The goal for the customer portal was to provide a new digital experience for Westfield customers by delivering a refreshed company website and customer portal that aligns with the new brand, while also allowing Westfield to maximize value in capitalizing on its small commercial business strategy.
Creating a customer portal from the ground up began with creating a competitive analysis and understanding our customer's primary touchpoints with Westfield.
Starting with that information I was able to create a baseline design that we were able to test with users in order to validate the initial design concepts that became our MVP.
Wolf Home Products
Rebranding and Ecommerce website
Wolf Home Products, traditionally a B2B Focused brand, needed to shift focus to a B2C strategy to address the shrinking footprint of cabinetry dealers and bring a modern edge to its 170-year-old brand.
The design for Wolf Home Products needed to educate, inform and inspire potential customers as they interacted with the website. Wolf offered a large variety of products with a spectrum of styles. The site needed to tell the product's story so users were able to understand the full breadth of Wolf's product offerings.
